TIE ROD / DRAG LINK KIT DANA 30,44, and 60

This kit is supplied enough tubing to accommodate all widths of vehicles.

The kit consists of all the items below:

(1) 3' FT LENGTH OF 1 1/2" O.D. x 1/4" WALL D.O.M. TUBING
(1) 4' FT LENGTH OF 1 1/2" O.D. x 1/4" WALL D.O.M. TUBING
(2) 7/8-18 LEFT HAND WELD IN THREADED INSERTS
(2) 7/8-18 RIGHT HAND WELD IN THREADED INSERTS
(2) 7/8-18 LEFT HAND JAM NUTS
(2) 7/8-18 RIGHT HAND JAM NUTS
(1) SES2026R DRAG LINK END
(1) SES2027L DRAG LINK END
(1) SES2233L TIE ROD END
(1) SES2234R TIE ROD END

Welding skills are required to assemble this item. If you are not a skilled welder it is suggested to have this professionally welded.
The D60 tie rod ends used in this kit have a larger diameter taper shaft than those used in the D30 and D44 axles. It is necessary to ream out the knuckles, pitman arm and one of the tie rods to install this kit.
For an additional fee upgrade to MOOG tie rods. We have the 85020 reamer available below if you do not already have one.

If you are doing a tie rod over conversion or if you have worn tapered holes in your knuckles you will need the Tie Rod Over bushings below.

NOTE:THIS KIT WILL NOT WORK WITH LATE MODEL JEEP D30'S!
