RT Off-Road's License Plate Bracket is the perfect solution to mounting a license plate to a winch bumper without provisions for a license plate. The bracket snaps onto the winch roller fairlead and allows the use of the winch with a small tug on the bracket. Included is a flat black powder coated bracket, 2 fairlead clips, and hardware.
